Personal data is all data that directly or indirectly relates or can relate to you as a natural person. As the legal basis governing data protection and the conditions for processing your personal data, we apply the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, No. 87/2018), hereinafter referred to as “the Act”).

In the event that our Sporico application contains links to other websites, please familiarize yourself adequately with the privacy policies found on those websites and the manner in which these entities process data about you. Please note that InfoMedica does not have any control over the content of other websites, and therefore we cannot be responsible for protecting your privacy when you visit other websites.

We get all the information we collect directly from you, when you fill out a specific form within the Sportico application.

When we say your “Personal data”, we mean all the data that you leave to us when registering on the Sportico application or when filling out profile data within the application, namely: your name, surname, e-mail address, username and password, IP the address from which you access, your picture if you have left it, a public Facebook or Twitter account if you have logged in with it, as well as the messages you send while using the application.

It is mandatory to submit only those personal data that we collect for the fulfillment of certain legal obligations.

Providing personal data on all other legal grounds is voluntary, but please note that if you withhold this data, in certain situations we may not be able to provide you with certain services.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

REGISTRATION AND UPDATE OF PERSONALIZED PROFILE: When you decide to register in our application, i.e. to create your personalized profile, for this purpose we collect the following data:

Please note that in no case do we collect special categories of data, such as data related to your racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical belief or trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data, data related to health condition, sex life or sexual orientation.

Given that we create the profile solely based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the profile, after which we will delete all the data we have about you.

3. FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

All your personal information is treated as strictly confidential, and InfoMedica and/or our trusted partners store it adequately.

In accordance with the applicable legislation, which regulates the protection of personal data, we can process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

– when we need the processing of your personal data to conclude and fulfill the contract you are accessing;

– when we need the processing of your personal data to fulfill certain legal obligations (this includes, in particular, the data we keep due to tax obligations);

– when we have a legitimate interest in processing your data, unless your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms prevail over those interests;

– when you have given us your consent for the processing of your personal data for a specific processing purpose, whereby you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time;

We collect all of the above Personal Data about you solely for the purpose of creating your account on the Sportico application, based on the fact that by opening your account you accept the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. Therefore, your Personal Data is required:

Finally, we may disclose or share your Personal Data, as well as data related to sent messages, with certain government authorities if we are required to do so by law. We can also disclose the same on the basis of a written, judicial or other decision of a state authority, which, on the basis of relevant regulations, may enable access to Personal Data.

3.1. Marketing purposes – application to contact and receive notifications about current offers and promotions – Newsletter and campaigns via phone number

When creating a profile, the Sportico application will offer you the service of sending notifications about current offers and promotions to your email, phone number via SMS, or mobile applications (Viber, WhatsApp) and on this occasion, in addition to the data you leave, you can additionally accept the sending of promotional offers .

If you have not signed up for sending promotional offers, you can access your profile in the Sportico application at any time and mark that you want to receive notifications by mail, SMS, mobile applications (Viber, WhatsApp).

You can revoke your consent through your created profile in the Sportico application by waiting for the option to send promotional offers. You can use the login and logout option on your profile at any time, and we will act in accordance with your requests.

3.2. Payment Notices

When creating a profile, the Sportico application will offer you the service of sending notifications about the payment of membership fees and the critical period of expiry of membership fees to your email, phone number via SMS, or mobile applications (Viber, WhatsApp).

If you have not signed up for payment notifications, you can access your profile in the Sportico application at any time and mark that you want to receive notifications by mail, SMS, mobile applications (Viber, WhatsApp).

You can revoke your consent through your created profile in the Sportico application by waiting for the option to send payment notifications. You can use the login and logout option on your profile at any time, and we will act in accordance with your requests.

3.3. Profiling

In cases where we send or display notifications or content that are personalized in nature, we may use certain procedures that are designated as “profiling” (that is, any form of automated personal data processing that consists of using collected personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects related to a natural person, specifically, in order to analyze or predict aspects concerning a particular natural person’s personal affinities, interests, economic position, behavior, location, reliability or movement).

Based on our analysis, we send or display notifications and/or content that is tailored exactly to your interests/needs.

We process this data exclusively on the basis of your consent.

When working with the Sportico application, the browser you use on your device will automatically and without your activity send the following data to our server:

– the browser you are using and, if necessary, the operating system of the computer that supports the Internet, as well as the name of your provider.

The above data is temporarily stored by the server for the following purposes:

– ensuring the establishment of a smooth connection,

– ensuring comfortable use of our application,

– assigning appropriate user priorities

– system security and stability assessments.

The legal basis for the processing of the IP address is the legitimate interest, which arises from the above-mentioned purpose of data processing, since it is a technical condition for the functioning of the application. We do not transfer this data to third parties. The data is stored temporarily during the visit to the page, and then it is automatically deleted.

3.5. Provision of services and services

Personal data is used for the purpose of providing services and services from the moment you register or login in the Sportico application.

InfoMedica collects the following:

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We store personal data as long as it is necessary to fulfill the above purposes. In doing so, we take into account the legal obligations to store personal data.

In the case of creating a profile on our site or collecting data based on consent, personal data will be processed until the user profile is deleted, that is, the consent given is withdrawn. The revocation of consent does not affect the admissibility of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before the revocation.

Your personal information related to your account is stored for as long as your account is active. We keep certain information that we are required to keep by law even after deactivation and deletion of your account, as long as the minimum retention of those types of data is prescribed by law.

5. WHAT TECHNICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL MEASURES DO WE USE TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

6. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

7. DATA ON MINOR PERSONS

InfoMedica does not intentionally process personal data of minors under the age of 16.

Adults are recommended to properly supervise minors under their care while using the Sportico application, especially in the part where it is possible to leave personal data.

8. EFFECTIVENESS AND CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy enters into force on March 1, 2022.

The privacy policy may be amended or supplemented, depending on the needs and process changes in InfoMedica, changes in legal frameworks or at the request of the competent authority (Commissioner for the Protection of Information of Public Importance and Protection of Personal Data).

It is recommended that users regularly follow changes and additions to the Privacy Policy through the Sporitco application.
