In accordance with Article 28 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, i.e. off-premises within 14 days from the day the goods arrived in the consumer’s country and from the day the withdrawal form was delivered to him . InfoMedica gives its consumers the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 15 days from the day the goods arrived in the consumer’s country and from the day the withdrawal form was submitted.
In accordance with Article 34 of the Law on Consumer Protection, when the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract after submitting a request in accordance with Article 29, paragraph 4 or Article 30 , paragraph 8 of this law , du is obliged to pay the trader an amount that is proportional to the services rendered until the moment when the consumer informed the trader about exercising the right to withdraw from the contract .
The proportionate amount that the consumer should pay the trader is calculated on the basis of the sales price agreed in the contract , which cannot be higher than the market value of what was delivered .
InfoMedica will calculate the amount that the consumer should pay, in proportion to the services performed up to the moment when the consumer informed the merchant about exercising the right to withdraw from the contract .

The personal data provided by the consumer in this form are used to record changes in the circulation of goods and InfoMedica doo will not use them for other purposes.
