In accordance with Article 28 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, i.e. off-premises within 14 days from the day the goods arrived in the consumer’s country and from the day the withdrawal form was delivered to him . InfoMedica gives its consumers the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 15 days from the day the goods arrived in the consumer’s country and from the day the withdrawal form was submitted.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with <\/em>Article 34 of the Law on Consumer Protection, <\/em>when <\/em>the consumer <\/em>exercises <\/em>the <\/em>right to withdraw from the contract after <\/em>submitting <\/em>a request in accordance with <\/em>Article <\/em>29, <\/em>paragraph <\/em>4 <\/em>or <\/em>Article <\/em>30 <\/em>, <\/em>paragraph <\/em>8 <\/em>of <\/em>this law <\/em>, <\/em>du is <\/em>obliged <\/em>to pay the trader an amount that is proportional to the services rendered <\/em>until <\/em>the moment when the consumer <\/em>informed <\/em>the <\/em>trader <\/em>about exercising the right to withdraw from the contract <\/em>.<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proportionate amount that the consumer <\/em>should <\/em>pay <\/em>the trader <\/em>is <\/em>calculated <\/em>on the basis of the sales price agreed in the <\/em>contract <\/em>, <\/em>which <\/em>cannot <\/em>be <\/em>higher <\/em>than <\/em>the <\/em>market <\/em>value <\/em>of <\/em>what <\/em>was <\/em>delivered <\/em>.<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

InfoMedica will calculate the amount that the consumer should pay, in proportion to the services performed up to the moment <\/em>when the <\/em>consumer <\/em>informed the <\/em>merchant <\/em>about exercising the right to withdraw from the contract <\/em>.<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
